MINUTES OF the Behaviour Complaints Committee HELD IN the Committee Room, Administration Building, Southern Drive, Busselton, ON 22 June 2022 AT 9.00am.

 

1.               Declaration of Opening, acknowledgement of country and Announcement of Visitors

The Presiding Member opened the meeting at 9:12am.

 

The Presiding Member noted this meeting is held on the lands of the Wadandi people and acknowledged them as Traditional Owners, paying respect to their Elders, past and present, and Aboriginal Elders of other communities who may be present.

9:14am:                     At this time, Cr Ryan left the meeting in accordance with Delegation ‘DA 11-03 Behaviour Complaints Committee’.

 

9:14am:                      Due to failure to maintain a quorum, the Presiding Member suspended the meeting in accordance with clause 14.2(a) of the  City of Busselton Standing Orders Local Law 2018.

 

9:21am:                      At this time, Cr Richards left the meeting.

 

9:25am:                      At this time, Cr Carter left the meeting.

 

9:26am:                      At this time, Cr Carter re-entered the meeting.

 

9:29am:                      At this time, the Presiding Member adjourned the meeting until 2pm in accordance with clause 14.2 (b) of the City of Busselton Standing Orders Local Law 2018.

 

2:00pm:                     The meeting was reconvened in the City of Busselton Council Chambers.

 

2:00pm:                     At this time, Cr Riccelli and Cr Paine entered the meeting; Cr Richards re-entered the meeting.

 

2:03pm:                     At this time, Cr Paine left the meeting in accordance with Delegation ‘DA 11-03 Behaviour Complaints Committee’.

 

 

The Presiding Member called upon a member to move a motion  to close the meeting to the public.
The motion was moved and carried.
